Every family’s journey is unique, and my goal is to support you with care, guidance, and presence every step of the way. From prenatal visits and labour support to postpartum care and overnight assistance, I am here to help you feel confident, grounded, and supported as you welcome your new baby.

Birth Support

As a full-spectrum doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support before, during, and after labour. This includes prenatal visits, continuous labour support, advocacy, comfort measures, and postpartum follow-up. My role is to ensure that you feel informed, empowered, and supported in your choices, creating a calm and confident birth experience.

Investment of $1800.00 + HST

Postpartum Support

The postpartum period can be both joyful and challenging. I provide hands-on support, guidance for feeding and recovery, emotional reassurance, and assistance with household routines to help you rest, heal, and bond with your baby.

Postpartum package of 25 hrs of care includes:

1 prenatal meeting to plan your postpartum services
E-mail and text support throughout your pregnancy
Light house cleaning; tidying the home, dishes, laundry, meal prep ect.
Newborn care; diapering, bathing, feeding, comforting and soothing etc.
Lactation and feeding support
Maternal/Paternal self-care check-in
Return to work transition(s)

Investment $1000.00 +HST
Extra hours can be purchased for $40.00 an hour +HST on top of package
Minimum of 3-hour visits

Photography & Birth Packages

Preserve your journey with heartfelt storytelling. I offer maternity, birth, newborn, and family photography, which can be paired with your doula support for a seamless experience. Whether capturing your birth story, newborn lifestyle moments, or the anticipation of maternity, each session is held with care and respect for your family’s story.

Birth & Doula Photography Packages
• Birth Story Package – Birth doula support plus birth photography
• Journey Package – Maternity session plus birth doula support and birth photography
• Full Circle Package – Maternity, birth, and newborn lifestyle photography plus full birth and postpartum doula support

Each package includes professional photography, edited digital images, and optional keepsakes. These packages can be customized with add-ons like overnight sessions, extra postpartum visits, or Fresh 48 hospital coverage.
